Place was beautifully kept, truly enjoyed the stay.
The room was well-appointed and extremely pleasant with a king bed. The location turned out to be surprisingly quiet and handy, very close to multiple stores, the trucks and lovely gardens. It also was to Blackheath shops.

Marvellous spot really close to the library with a glass of port as well as Govetts Leap. For tea or coffee visit Cold Rock nearby...

Lovely, comfortable and relaxing stay. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, with exceptionally clean rooms and charming decor that transported us to yesteryear. The breakfast was delightful, and the hospitable host made our stay even more enjoyable.
The noise from nearby coal trucks was a bit disturbing at night, and the central heating was a bit too warm. The small ensuite could be improved with better storage options for toiletries and a robe hook.

The hotel is conveniently located near the starting point of several hiking trails and lookout points. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They were able to provide me with some great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The rooms are also very spacious and well-furnished with lovely antique pieces.
There were some issues with communication. My partner made a reservation the day before and left card details to hold the room, but when we arrived on the agreed-upon day, no one was there.
